How do disputes work?
Either side of an order can open a dispute. From /dashboard/orders/<id> (or /expert-dashboard/orders/<id>) click Open a dispute, pick a reason, and describe what happened.
AiHIRE Trust receives the dispute, reviews the order timeline + messages, and resolves either by refunding the unreleased escrow to your card via Stripe Refund, or by ruling that work continues.
Both parties get notified at every step (open → investigating → resolved). Every decision is logged in the audit trail with the resolution note Trust wrote.
Median resolution: 4 business days.
